About the Role: This role is responsible for developing and implementing customer life cycle strategies that drive adoption of the Kinetic account management portal (Go Kinetic), engagement with customers and reduces customer churn. The successful candidate will identify critical engagement opportunities and strategies and work cross functionally with partners to prioritize initiatives and optimize the customer experience. This role will own the creation and deployment of customer communications and campaigns that deliver against communication, education, revenue generation, and retention goals. What You’ll Do: - Develop and own customer engagement and monetization strategy for the Go Kinetic Customer portal. - Build and refine campaigns and messaging to for Kinetic Consumer Life Cycle and Go Kinetic portal. - Design the customer journey(s) that create stickiness and cultivate an effective communication plan that increases customer engagement and retention. - Ideate and oversee the development and deployment of campaigns and messaging that educate and compel customer actions that ultimately drive key business goals. - Create and execute companion campaigns in support of proactive and reactive retention initiatives. - Amplify existing customer referral program and maximize performance. - Build, deploy, measure, and optimize touchpoint strategies that optimize user engagement by capitalizing on customer insights and moments of receptivity. - Work collaboratively with Customer Care, Retention, and IT to inform Life Cycle needs, Go Kinetic evolution, identify/ prioritize new utilities/capabilities, and opportunities to improve existing functions based on key retention, revenue, and cost abatement measures. - Partner with marketing peers and channel leaders to ensure brand and message integration and offer alignment. - Execute tests, collect, and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to optimize the user experience. - Keep up to date on the latest trends and concepts in customer portal and app engagement. Do You Have: - Experience executing large, best practice focused digital and/or app engagement strategies. - Experience with journey mapping. - Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, campaign analysis, testing, and optimization. - Strong analytical skills. - Experience in messaging and content development. - Confidence articulating and presenting ideas and concepts to peers and leadership. - Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. - College degree and 8+ years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 10+ years. - Professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
