Consulting Marketing | Marketing Operations (Enabling Senior Consultant)

Work you'll do

• Serve as Consulting Marketing Liaison for marketing data / technology requests and requirements, fielding inquiries and providing insights to cross-functional stakeholders

• Support collection and aggregation of key business requirements / use cases across technologies, technology integrations, and data pilots (e.g., intent data sources) for the Consulting Marketing organization

• Support business documentation, as needed, around new data and technology proposals

• In collaboration with Marketing and Technology teams, assist with prioritization of requirements for execution based on understanding of business requirements and critical dependencies on technology builds

• Manage Tech Backlog, including capture and consolidation of technology requests to Demand Gen CoE and GDA and list of updates to SFMD, Eloqua, and Mercury to enable Consulting Marketing requirements

• Liaise with SMPs and Marketing Operations to ensure all input is communicated to the Demand Gen CoE for build and ongoing management, where needed

• Draft and update program-level documentation to reflect relevant Consulting Marketing learnings and insights from campaigns in flight/complete

• Liaise with GDA, Commercial IT Enablement PMO and/or Commercial Insights team for management of marketing tools through selection and installation, updates, maintenance, management of standard processes (e.g., TechTarget, Bombora, ZoomInfo)

• Manage relevant communications to Consulting Marketing resulting from Vendor Governance

• Provide project management support, working with Workfront SME to ensure redesign and template creation aligns with E&A/Consulting Campaign needs

• Assist with user journeys in Workfront and work with SME accordingly



• 6- 8+ years of experience supporting Marketing Services and Marketing Services Operations

• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

• Highly team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects

• Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

• Proven ability working in a matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting, and/or professional services a plus

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

• Strong executive presence, professional client service manner, demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs

• Highly collaborative working style to build relationships, including collaborating with multiple business marketing teams, technology teams, sales, and vendors

• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel


• Experience with Workfront or other MRM tool

• Project Management Certification
