Consulting Marketing Content Strategist (Enabling Senior Consultant)

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Content Marketing professional to develop omni-channel, demand generating content strategies for our digital marketing campaigns. Partnering closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders, you will leverage a deep understanding of Deloitte's business and target audiences to inform and optimize campaign assets. You will also make data-driven decisions to continuously improve and scale content throughout the entire campaign lifecycle as well as thought leadership story arcs designed to create freedom of action for the organization in the marketplace. A successful candidate is a strategic thinker with deep editorial, content and marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.

Work You'll Do:

  • Build and oversee execution of integrated, omni-channel content strategies to drive demand generation, lead conversion for digital marketing campaigns, and credibility for the business on issues that matter to Deloitte Consulting and our clients
  • Partner with business leadership and marketing to craft content and make content recommendations that align with our highest priority business initiatives
  • Source experts, thought leaders and influencers for stories and conduct interviews to create stories that elicit connection
  • Conduct ongoing validation, testing, and refinement of campaign assets to drive ongoing performance throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Analyze performance, optimize content, and make recommendations to inform content best practices, ROI, and audience engagement for current and future campaigns
  • Lead strategic discussions with marketing and business stakeholders around best practices and the latest trends around content marketing
  • Coordinate with internal and external content creation partners / agencies to build and refine content

  • 6+ years of combined digital marketing, content marketing, and editorial experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism or Business

  • In-depth knowledge of omni-channel content marketing, content optimization, target audiences, demand generation, and editorial processes
  • Demonstrated experience crafting digital marketing content strategies across several disciplines (text, design, video, etc.) and media (blogging, guides, whitepapers, research, infographics, podcasts, etc.)
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with strong business acumen, leveraging data to proactively course-correct
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and continuously evolving priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, environment
  • Demonstrated values for diversity, team dynamic / culture, and collaboration in a remote environment
