About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to join our telecommunication company as the Head of the Direct Mail Marketing Channel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the direct mail marketing strategy to promote our products and services, maximize customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility. As the Head of Direct Mail Marketing Channel, you will oversee strategy development and operations while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. What You’ll Do: • Create a comprehensive direct mail marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience. • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success. • Develop innovative and engaging direct mail campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning,creative development, production, mailing, and tracking. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the creative team, data analytics team, and product managers, to ensure effective campaign implementation. • Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize strategies based on data insights to drive maximum ROI. • Lead a small team of direct mail marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Set clear goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team success. • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement professional development plans to enhance team skills and capabilities. • Develop and manage the direct mail marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. • Establish relationships with external vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain quality control standards for printing, mailing, and other campaign-related services. • Keep up to date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in direct mail marketing and the telecommunication industry. • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. Do You Have: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience in direct mail marketing, preferably in the telecommunication industry. • Strong knowledge of direct mail marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, creative development, printing, mailing, and campaign tracking. • Experience in managing and optimizing direct mail campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis. • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. • Database marketing experience, specifically data modeling, segmentation, and scoring.
