Position Summary:

The Senior Manager is a key role that will be responsible for consumer strategic and tactical execution for Reblozyl. This role requires strong marketing execution, communication, and decision-making skills, change agility and a proven track record of success working in a team-based environment with multiple marketing, media, medical and other cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate development and execution of consumer promotional plan, campaigns, and programs, ensuring alignment with strategy

  • Partner with PReP to champion project work and ensure compliance and medical accuracy of all consumer marketing materials

  • Participate in the tactical planning process by supporting the development of tactical and budget planning to achieve the brand’s stated objectives

  • Work in close collaboration with other members of the Reblozyl Marketing team as well as Medical, HEOR, Sales, Worldwide, Access and other key internal stakeholders.

  • Manage and support external agencies and vendors to deliver excellence in process and output as well as manage budget

  • Define key measures of success, continually tracking and adjusting strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical experience with 2-3 years of marketing experience preferred.

  • Prior digital marketing experience strongly preferred. Prior US marketing experience is also preferred. Prior consumer marketing experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Exceptional marketing analytics capability strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to create and execute innovative marketing plans is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills to provide expectations and strategic vision for other functions, with proven project management experience to drive performance.

  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.

  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability manage multiple tasks; attention to detail is critical.

  • Proven track record of effectively driving performance within a matrix organization, and a strong ability to build alignment and collaborative working relationships.

  • Knowledge and experience in navigating the regulatory approval process and other relevant codes of practice.

  • Acts with a sense of accountability and urgency.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
