What you'll be doing...

Primary responsibilities involve leading a team of Integrated Marketers planning the campaign strategies and tactics that gain the interest of potential customers, nurture high-fit prospects into members, and retain those members for the long-term for the Straight Talk, TracFone, Safelink and Wal-Mart Family Mobile Brands.

  • Balancing creativity with go-to market best practices, driving scale and impact.
  • Creating data centric opportunities that allow us to make more effective and efficient decisions for the ways in which we drive acquisitions through marketing channels.
  • Developing strategies that build our brands.
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing and commercial leaders to understand the business goals. Play a lead role in aligning cross-functional partners to the plans and ensuring understanding of goals.
  • Delivering campaign work and ensuring implementation of campaigns on time with high quality.
  • Working with Operations and Analytics teams to build reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, find insights and make recommendations for the future work.
  • Be 'the front door' to marketing, working cross-functionally to develop marketing briefs and playbooks to drive breakthrough marketing.
  • Coaching/Mentoring the team on development and performance assessments.

This role may be considered as part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four more years of experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Two years or more experience as a team lead or people manager, delivering results.
  • Experience in Telecommunications or Retail Industry.
  • Understanding of campaign methodologies and successful track record of measuring and delivering on performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting/speaking in front of senior leaders.
  • Seeing the big picture and dive into details all while being able to make decisions and understand trade-offs.
  • Taking ownership to drive impact and influencing outcomes.

If you are hired into a Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $125,000.00 and $232,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
