What you'll be doing...

The Digital Media team for VBG builds, manages, and provides strategic recommendations for non-search paid media campaigns aimed at achieving high-performing KPI's. They play an integral part in the success in the broad-based efforts for all lines of business under Verizon Business Group.

Verizon Business Group is looking to add a Digital Marketing Senior Manager to their Digital Media team. The role will be part of a team running digital advertising campaigns across digital paid media: programmatic and social.

  • Leading, planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy/design, social media, mobile deliverables, and new media deliverables.
  • Developing digital marketing strategies and plans across various channels and platforms. Provides insights and recommendations for pursuing various digital marketing channels.
  • Evaluating and analyzing the performance of various digital marketing campaigns.
  • Working across the organization to champion and ensure a consistent experience across all platforms.
  • Setting up campaigns to achieve primary KPI's.
  • Explaining strategy and optimizations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting campaign challenges, optimizations, and issues.
  • Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, programmatic platforms, paid social platforms, Internal BI, Ad server, Brand safety, etc.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience running programmatic and/or paid social digital advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, DV360, Yahoo DSP!, The Trade Desk, Meta/Facebook, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Experience with large datasets in Excel, Tableau, and/or other related tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A Master's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work with business partners.
  • Experience with relationship management.
  • Experience working with a service provider (i.e. phone, cable, internet, insurance.)
  • Ability to help take the complex and synthesize it into simple and understandable terms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate within a team environment (a good team player).

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $115,000.00 and $213,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
