The Position:

As Senior Manager, Marketing Transformation and strategic partner to the US Cyber & Strategic Risk CMO and marketing leader, you will work closely with the C&SR leadership team to execute against a marketing transformation roadmap including bold shifts in our marketing operating model, marketing talent strategy, processes and systems and cross-team collaboration. You will own oversight of projects and be the day-to-day driver against key time-sensitive milestones and targets, communication of efforts and overall change management. You will be an expert at analyzing complex problems, defining root causes and using agile methodologies (e.g. sprints) to test and scale solutions that increase our capabilities, capacity, efficiency, effectiveness and overall learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own translation of marketing transformation strategy into a strategic plan and drive alignment and execution of initiatives and programs
  • Drive annual and quarterly planning processes working across the business
  • Manage and prioritize complex projects simultaneously based on competing needs, collecting inputs from various stakeholders and ensuring alignment that achieves intended and expected objectives
  • Conduct ongoing stakeholder analysis and health checks to measure the effectiveness of the marketing team's efforts and areas for improvement; develop balance scorecard to track performance against roadmap including areas to deepen investment or divest.
  • Draft communications including presentations, all-hands communications, reporting, etc. balancing audience communication styles with desired outcomes
  • Own meeting agendas, follow-ups and planning for team meetings and offsites
  • Manage marketing budgets and work with marketing team with modeling, projections and measuring ROMI.

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years experience in marketing, strategy, communications, operations - a strategist with hands-on execution and strong leadership skills. Experience as a Deloitte US employee, a plus.
  • Expert at prioritizing competing demands with a high attention to detail, even under pressure
  • Extremely comfortable and adept working in a matrix environment with the ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels
  • Self-motivated and a strong problem solver with a growth/agile mindset
  • Ability to see big picture, as well as the details
  • Superior written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong alignment with our values and culture
  • BS/BA degree required

  • Travel up to 10% (while travel of up to 10% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
