This exciting role offers opportunity to:+ Achieve individual sales PP+ Responsible for Financial industry partners management+ Build up strong relationships with Named Financial Accounts+ Follow up and make the central bidding projects win of Named Financial accounts+ Leverage internal resources to enlarge more cross-product line sales revenue.+ To build up strong relationships with Named Accounts, Drive Named accounts growth and revenue.+ To set up the strategy and business developing plan for Named Accounts in short term, mid-term and long term+ Lead central bidding projects to enhance the win rate+ To ensure Eaton be listed in all necessary short list of these named accounts Frame Purchas Agreement, or be invited for bidding as the primary objective+ To work closely together with all sales teams (Regional, IT, Colo and Service sales), marketing, service team to reach the desired target. Qualifications+ More than 3 years sales experience in UPS or relevant market+ Be familiar with some key financial accounts and have good relationship with HQ of key financial segments+ Strong sales skill and channel management skill; good skill for problem solving+ Good team-work spirit and great sales sense+ Negotiation and communication skillsYes!
