Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144 ABOUT THE JOB Under direct supervision, the Marketing Analytics – Rotational Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the report of the digital brand and awareness campaigns. Responsibilities: Works closely with internal channel leaders to understand the goals of campaigns and help provide status updates regularly Partners with external vendors to determine data collection and automate vendor data extraction Understands marketing database and collect additional data from different resources Creates programming to extract/clean data and build the dashboard Timely and effectively handles data or analytics requests assigned by the manager Provides input into business or analytical challenges faced by the team A strong sense of curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are keys to success in this position. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Pull data and provide reoccurring reporting and ad hoc requests Build foundation for the digital multi-touch attribution model Create analysis to support the production of insights into relevant business questions under general direction / supervision Develop visualizations and PowerPoint presentations Provide input with addressing basic business/analytical problems and challenges REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be graduating Spring of 2024 or December of 2023 Pursuing a graduate degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Computer Science/Business Analytics Minimum of a 3.0 GPA Basic knowledgeMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint Programming language, such as SQL and SAS Data visualization Data mining techniques Beginner-intermediate database querying skill Exposure to data integration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in geo-space and longitudinal data modeling or analysis Familiar with R, Python, or Tableau/Adobe Analytics Working experience in the banking industry or digital space is a plus Proofed records in developing a statistical model or machine learning model EXPECTED COMPETENCIES Communication: Developing written and verbal skills; beginning to develop ability to organize information in clear, consistent format; Capacity to develop ability to articulate a clear, well-thought-out message and formal delivery; Minimal skills in creating PowerPoint presentations Leadership: Able to work independently under general direction / supervision Partnering / Influencing: work typically assigned by manager; limited business partner interaction; Developing ability to build relationships, partner, and influence Business Acumen: Developing basic understanding of business partner strategy; Building financial acumen Critical Thinking / Problem Solving: Developing critical thinking skills; Can analyze simple issues with low complexity; Can give perspective to the team addressing basic business/analytical problems and challenges; Recognizes need to escalate issues in a timely manner Compensation and Benefits This position has a salary of $60,000.00.
