Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator’s role involves working on specific client program implementations, developing marketing materials, updating member websites, executing email campaigns, and coordinating vendors. This role reports to the Associate Marketing Manager and has regular contact with the Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with digital channels executions for member communications and other marketing efforts
  • Lead content management updates for consumer digital experiences
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with product and development teams to ensure alignment across all digital experiences
  • Lead marketing onboarding activities for assigned clients
  • Support SEO strategy development and execution
  • Provide ideas on product positioning, user experience enhancements, prospect nurturing and re-engagement marketing
  • Collaborate regularly with senior managers
  • Other projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree
  • 1+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience in basic HTML and CSS (webpages, intranet pages, email templates, etc.)
  • Skillful ability to work in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Where you will work:
This position will have a hybrid schedule - work from home and work in the office. The schedule will be determined with manager approval.

Travel Requirement:
