The Marketing Coordinator will play an essential role on Genoa Healthcare’s marketing team, contributing to marketing projects including campaign development, advertising, print material creation, brand awareness efforts, website updates, and organization events. This role reports to the Marketing Manager.
Qualified candidates will have solid foundation in marketing communications concepts and practices. They will be ready to hit the ground running writing content and developing marketing materials, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting operational priorities in a strategic manner. They will have a client service focus and be able to act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and vendors. They will be a team player who is able to take direction and also work independently.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Write and design marketing materials for print and web, including brochures and newsletters.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to provide appropriate marketing communications support.
- Draft internal communications pieces as well as web and social media content.
- Partner with marketing leader to draft and implement digital strategies and materials.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing communications trends and brings new and innovative ideas forward.
- Assist in maintaining a positive brand image and reputation for the organization.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.
Educational or Skills Requirements:
- BA in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design or related field
- Some entry-level experience in Marketing, Communications or both
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Design experience/skills; Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- Health care industry experience/knowledge a plus

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
