About the role:
The Nordic Marketing Assistant role is an important role in Organons go-to-market model and in innovating the way we collaborate and interact with our market by working with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for having interactions with the full Nordic Commercial Team, to support our marketing focus in the Nordics across therapeutic areas and countries with key components of Agile way of working.
The role will as well focus on administrative systems in the financial as well as the marketing setting. You will need a good understanding of markets’ landscape in the Nordics as well as the local pharma codes. You will be a key sparring partner for how we optimize our administrative processes in relation to our systems, internal cross functional team and our external stakeholders.
The position is responsible for handling purchase Orders, invoices, contracts, coordination of internal and external meetings as well as supporting the brand and customer managers in the Nordic countries.
The role reports to the Nordic Business Unit Director and operates as a close sparring partner for the Sales and Brand Managers, the Therapeutic Area Managers, the CRM team and compliance team in the UK & ENI cluster.
At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant in the Nordic countries and preferably also cross functional experience with the UK.
Experience in work across different therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular and Women’s health, including innovative and generic brands.
Highly proficient in coordinating various projects at the same time in a fast-changing environment
Valid experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Appian and SAP including financial understanding of invoicing, PPRs and accruals.
Strong structural skills, ability to solve complex administrative problems and drive change
Empathic interaction with people, networking, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are important.
Ability to work in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types.
Flexible and dynamic to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively with an open mind-set.
Strong communication skills in English.
