Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, New Indications

Position Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director (AD) of Marketing position on the US Oncology team. The AD of Marketing will lead the launch plan and execution of two new indications in Colorectal and Head & Neck Cancer*.
*Subject to change according to fluctuations in launch timelines assumptions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the launch strategy and manage the development of launch assets to support the Personal and Non-Personal (Digital) Promotion of the new indications
Partner with, market research, and competitive intelligence (CI) teams to monitor business insights and track competitive activities to prepare for the launches
Attend selected congresses
Interact with Scientific Leaders in partnership with our Company's teams like the Scientific Strategy Leads and Regional Marketing Liaisons and incorporate key insights into the strategy for new indications
Align & coordinate with the Marketing teams to prepare for combination launches
Establish and foster strong working relationships with our alliance partner
Oversee budget for 2 new indications
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree
Required Experience and Skills:
5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience, including US marketing experience.
Demonstrated and strong cross-functional and/or direct team leadership
Solid experience developing promotional resources and partnering with Promotional Review Teams (PRT) to approve them
Demonstrated development of product strategy, product positioning, and brand marketing
Strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, relationship management skills & ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated strategic thinking
Learning agility and ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Oncology experience in commercial roles (i.e: Promotions, Marketing, Sales)
Experience with alliances
Experience launching products in the United States
Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA with Hybrid work model (combination of in office and virtual/remote expectations).
