The Associate Director is responsible for the design and implementation of market access tactics that deliver on the US launch strategy as defined by the Director, Access Marketing. Partners closely with the brand & indication leads to design and implement strategy and monitor metrics with matrix partners (Brand Marketing, Trade/Dispensing, Field Sales, Health System Liasons, Market Access Strategic Accounts (MASA), HEOR and Reimbursement teams, Business Insights & Analytics). This individual will lead development and execution of plans and resources and will play an integral role for the Repotrectinib access marketing team, leading matrix collaboration and managing agency partners to successfully execute the launch plan.


• Lead and foster collaboration with cross-matrix partners (marketing, HEOR, sales, analytics, access/reimbursement, medical affairs, etc.) to develop a comprehensive, best-in-class launch plan for repotrectinib in NSCLC
• Accountable for the development of brand specific market access resources, including product value proposition (PVP) and proactive preapproval payer communications (PPPC), in support of US repotrectinib launch:

o Identifying critical design elements of planned tactics to accelerate desired behavioral changes
o Coordination of operational planning for access marketing plan and launch meeting in accordance with overall US repotrectinib strategy
o Innovative design of tactics informed by Market Research, BI&A and customer facing Value, Access and Pricing (VAP) and brand teams
o Development of tactics accomplished in partnership with VAP & brand teams, PReP team and external partners
o Ownership of tactics accomplished in partnership with PReP team per the PReP process
o Collaborate with BMS learning and development to develop impactful launch and POA trainings
o Roll-out of tactics in partnership with field based teams (eg. Sales, ARMs, AEs) directly or via POA/launch meetings

• Manage agency and other vendors in development of promotional materials and tactics
• Lead the development and implementation of the annual brand planning and functional planning processes
• Coordinate and lead efforts with Sales and Brand Team, AEs, BI&A, and Pricing & Contracting to develop pull through targeting, messages and tools to support brand launch/growth
• Review all access-related field communications including serving as brand primary point person for Account Executives and Sales
• Manage Op Ex budget to ensure effective execution of tactics are aligned with brand plan
• Participate in Field Input Team (FIT) team meetings and collaborate with Market Research to ensure access plans are grounded customer insights
• Establish relationships with BMS field organization and external leaders to identify healthcare industry trends and insights to inform prioritization of resources. Translate customer learnings into actionable recommendations for business growth.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing/brand management experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization, and form strong, productive partnerships
• Ability to work across boundaries and partner with various stakeholders to make an impact
• Experience and knowledge of promotional regulatory processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
• Strong business acumen including a understanding of how various customer perceive value
• MBA and/or PharmD preferred
• Experience in translating insights and strategies into effective marketing tactics
