Start your career conversation today.<br><br>The Associate Director, RLT Patient Marketing will be responsible for defining the patient marketing strategy for a brand(s) and/or supporting Executive Director, Patient Marketing on this for a brand(s), including the delivery of key strategic analyses and outputs to inform customer experience planning and execution within RLT Marketing. This individual will report directly into ED RLT Patient Marketing that oversees Patient Marketing of RLT brand(s), partnering closely with this Product Portfolio Strategy Leads and other strategic partners, to ensure that the Patient Marketing Strategy and concepts are effectively orchestrated and executed into patient-centric campaigns, tactics and experiences. The AD, Patient Marketer will be responsible for identifying, and executing on opportunities for driving patient engagement thru NPP channels, advocacy groups, and other patient support groups. This person will be responsible for development of all assets (print and digital) to enable patient engagement. <br><br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>• Execute a patient demand generation strategy for the assigned RLT brands. <br>• Work effectively with the Product Portfolio Strategy Leads and other strategic partners to ensure the execution of the patient demand generation strategy designed by ED RLT Patient Marketing. <br>• Support and deliver the patient marketing and engagement plans throughout the patient journey; define resourcing required and managing the allocated budget for Patient, collaborating effectively across strategic partners including PSS and Communications and Engagement<br>• Patient integrated plan for the RLT brands to achieve the Product strategy and objectives<br>• Manage all consumer agency relationships, ensuring the highest standards of delivery<br>• Ensure digital plans are appropriately implemented and optimized.<br>• Foster a high performing team that proactively and effectively interfaces across key functions to achieve the product strategies and objectives<br>• Provide business requirements and input into selecting the agency (AoR) for brand marketing (Patient) and partner with Operations to maximize agency relationship(s)<br><br>This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position.<br><br>This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely.
