A key member of the U.S. Oncology Omni-Channel Strategy & Innovation team, the Associate Director of U.S. Oncology Marketing Consumer Engagement Analytics will lead a team of analytic professionals and be responsible for managing external media, creative and analytic agency partners to deliver actionable Consumer campaign performance reporting and business insights across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all of the activities of the internal and external Consumer Engagement analytics team including:

  • Using data to validate Consumer media strategy and planning (budget, channel mix, messaging, audience/segments, publishers/networks…)

  • Creating measurement plans that align to strategic imperatives and campaign/media objectives

  • Establishing overall and channel level goals using historical data/benchmarks

  • Ensuring every analytic deliverable has data-driven actionable insights that can be used to inform business decisions

  • Developing learning agendas, defining pilot programs, and pulling through test results to inform in-flight campaign optimizations

  • Managing the creation of the monthly/quarterly campaign performance reports and deep dive analyses

  • Evolving the existing Consumer campaign scorecards, key performance indicators, measurement frameworks and reporting templates to incorporate new data sources and capabilities that allow the team to provide relevant actionable information

  • Evaluating new analytical tools/technologies/methodologies to generate additional marketing performance insights

  • Working with other analytic teams within the organization to collaborate on or lead ROI/Media Mix Modeling/Patient level analyses and business impact studies

  • Working in a complex matrix organization where exceptional collaboration is required to obtain desired results

Position location: Upper Gwynedd, PA with Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote)

Travel Requirements: 10-15%

Education Requirements:

  • Required: BA/BS

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years combined strategic marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry, is required

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Seven (7) years multi-channel marketing and campaign design experience with an emphasis on Consumer digital strategy and execution that optimizes overall patient experience to drive business results

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions

  • Strong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery

  • Development, measurement and optimization of digital campaigns to support marketing strategy

  • Experience in marketing communications through key channels such as digital, social, print, direct to consumer and sales execution

  • Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant

  • Agency/vendor management experience

  • Demonstrates a flexible, growth mindset
