We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, Oncology Marketing – Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) in the US Oncology business.

This position will focus on digital HCP strategy and execution for the TNBC Marketing Team. The position will lead the Agile Digital Team as the Product Owner. The position will report to the Director in US Oncology Marketing for TNBC.

This position will require outstanding, proactive leadership in many areas including strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, building and executing on a multichannel promotional plan, market research, performance analytics, creative agency management, resource development/approval, and partnering with customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Lead strategy and execution to maximize opportunity for the current TNBC indication

  • Lead cross-functional teams and clearly communicate a vision, needs, and ensure deliverables are met

  • Partner with market research, Competitive Intelligence, and analytics team to generate key insights and further enhance the Health Care Provider (HCP) strategy and execution plan for current and new assets

  • Synthesize, analyze, and monitor performance against key metrics and lead extended team meetings to share results and recommendations

  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to prioritize work and facilitate internal resource trade-offs as needed, e.g., budget, Promotional Review Team (PRT) review time

  • Manage relationship and deliverables

  • Lead the digital strategy and execution

  • Develop annual budget and track expenses through the year

  • Escalate issues that represent significant barriers to execution and/or business impact

  • Think innovatively, challenge status quo, and gain sponsorship/ support within the company to address gaps

As marketing roles across the US Oncology organization are evolving and broadening, this position is designed to be a flexible marketing role that may focus on any aspect of marketing over time based on business needs and/or the capabilities and development needs of the team.

Position Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA (Hybrid work model is combination of in-office and work from home ability)

Education Requirement:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)

  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/MS)

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

  • Core marketing experience including strategy development, tactical execution, performance tracking, and competitive planning

  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills

  • Strength managing complexity and multiple competing priorities

  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross- functional teams and multiple agency partners

  • Requires up to 20% travel, including some week-ends

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in TNBC/breast cancer market

  • Digital strategy development and execution (including AGILE framework, experience with digital data sets, and channel optimization).

  • Leading development of strategic/tactical plans and budget management

  • Excels when addressing ambiguity, working outside existing processes or structures
