Job Description

Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through consumer/HCP (Healthcare personnel) insights, digital listening and patient analytics, we can understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

We are looking for a talented and motivated team player to join our team. As part of the Global Vaccines marketing team you will lead and be involved in a variety of projects and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Develop, distribute and curate the franchise global Masterbrand implementation guide

  • Lead global consumer campaign development and delivery, in partnership with key markets and regions

  • Partner closely with Adolescent team and Adult HCP team to ensure consistent integration and seamless consumer experience between and across campaigns, markets and touchpoints

  • Provide franchise and brand leadership in Omnichannel Squad, ensuring delivery of fit for purpose and best in class toolkits, campaigns and other assets as needed

  • Support Adult Insights and Strategy development

  • Partner closely with Adult Male Opportunity lead to connect the dots and ensure that our evolution to embrace/include males for HPV vaccination takes us toward universal vaccination

  • Build relationships and drive strong cross-functional, cross-division partnerships to galvanize the organization and challenge the status quo on key strategic imperatives.

  • Lead implementation and activation of Adult Opportunity Spaces as assigned, including “meeting the consumer where they are” with key focus on the digital and physical path-to-purchase

  • Serve as a key interface with Global Vaccines, International Ops, the markets and the Adolescent team to ID and share best practices, ensure clarity and consistency of strategic guidance from franchise perspective, and ensure seamless coordination of key Global/Local engagements.

  • Partner closely with the Launch Planning & Execution lead and Global Vaccines, Int’l Ops, key regions and markets to ensure global roll out and execution of the brand strategy supporting adults in public and private markets is achieved.

Education Minimum Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree

  • Preferred: MBA

Required Experience and Skills

  • 12+ years of marketing experience including demonstrated focus on insights, consumer-centric brand development and omnichannel campaign development

  • Demonstrated understanding of the global nature of our business. The ideal candidate would have both in-market operational experience and above market experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise and experience in consumer-centric brand development, agency management and global campaign development/delivery/localization

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with a strategic mindset and ability to translate vision into a tangible strategy

  • Strong cross-functional / cross-divisional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures

  • Strong strategic insights and proactive leadership skills to work through complex situations and co-ordinate across Global, Regional, Local, Cross Functional teams.

  • The ability to translate scientific information into our strategy including actionable and clear messaging and talking points, and the ability to interpret scientific data into actionable insights

  • Compliance: Must be fully aware of and work in full compliance of all local, National and Company policies, rules and regulations

  • Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully in highly cross-functional teams including IT, Data Analytics, Agencies, Promotions, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy

  • Experience working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment

Expected salary range:

$175,440.00 - $276,200.00
