We are currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Associate Director to join a dynamic area of the business supporting the Disease Area portfolio strategies.

The Associate Director of Global Oncology Marketing – Lung Cancers will report to the Executive Director, Global Marketing Lung. Successful candidates will have strong scientific acumen/knowledge of the oncology therapeutic area and preferably in lung cancer as well as a solutions and results-oriented mindset with exceptional collaboration and communication skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple disease areas and lines of therapy playing a critical role in product and portfolio development and the launch planning for select indications including, but not limited to:

Key responsibilities may include and not be limited to the following:

  • Provides commercial input on such activities including target product profile development, market research, forecasting and agency partner management

  • Develops project and tactic assessments and valuations that leverage analytics and research to identify successes and areas for improvement to optimize spend

  • Lead Pan-Lung project planning: Collaborate with team leads on ad hoc strategic projects:

  • Disease area portfolio marketing

  • Market shaping for future and current launches for new indications/patient populations

  • Implementing strategies

  • Partnering with project team members to complete deliverables including presentation preparation and planning

  • Global strategic workshop development with regional and local pull through

  • Core brand strategy work

  • Tactical Planning & Execution (e.g. Congress Planning, Medical Education programs, Patient Engagement)

  • Competition/Portfolio support including repository

  • Lung Performance Dashboard

  • Region coordination/collaboration

  • Provide project management support for Operation Cure More (Lung screening, diagnosis and treatment initiative)

  • Launch readiness management and launch tracking (globally and regionally)

  • Annual strategic and tactical planning including OnePlan and QBR/OKR coordination

  • Investor Relations process management


Qualifications:

  • The candidate will have demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and with a proven ability to create brand plans that generate both revenue and operating income

  • Proven track record in strategy consolidation, problem solving and communications

  • Work effectively to successfully navigate the internal and external environments and deliver value to our customers with cross-functional partners including but not limited to: Market analytics, International and domestic operations, Scientific communications, Training and development, Compliance and our Research Division


Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 5 years combined marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.

  • Understanding of Oncology healthcare market dynamics around innovation & capabilities, and the science of Oncology

  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities

  • Lead strategy development and implementation

  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive initiatives forward

  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership

  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority


Preferred:

  • Advanced Degree
  • Experience in Lung cancer

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$144,320.00 - $227,100.00
