This person will report into the WW Automation Performance Marketing Director.The WW Performance Marketing Program Director will:+ Serve as a functional expert and provide leadership to our category and/or offering squads+ Oversee development of inbound/outbound lead generation strategy for digital and offline channels including SEM/PPC, social, display/retargeting, events, webinars, and offline channels to achieve revenue and growth objectives+ Identify key insights and recommendations that will inform our go-to-market strategy including methods for market penetration, customer acquisition, customer retention and expansion+ Forecast results, analyze business results and develop pipeline actions to close gaps with extended team+ Partner and ensure team alignment between Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Geo Marketing, OM and Sales+ Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with CHQ, C&CS and Conversation marketing leaders+ Stay informed of CHQ performance marketing initiatives (ex.
