Lecturer 12 Months

Management – to teach courses in Business Analytics, Business Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Management Information Systems and other general management areas. There is an opportunity to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to teaching, responsibilities include student advisement, ongoing program assessment work, student recruiting and assisting with the development and growth of a program.

This is a twelve-month, full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer position effective for the Fall 2023 semester. Teaching assignments may be assigned at any of Kean’s New Jersey locations – Union, Ocean, Princeton, Skylands or for Kean Online and may include day, evening and weekend courses. The primary location for this position is at the Kean Ocean campus, in Toms River, New Jersey.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Management or a related field and a minimum of one year of teaching experience at the post-secondary level is required. ABD, Ed.D., Ph.D. or other acceptable disciplinary doctorate is preferred. Degree from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited institution is also preferred. Relevant practical business experience is desired.

Interest or experience in using advanced instructional technologies to improve the teaching/learning process is highly desirable. Proficiency in a Learning Management System is required, consistent with University guidelines.
