As a client-facing, technical sales professional, you will be guided by IBM's purpose - to be essential to its clients.As a Post-Sale technical specialist Storage, you are a highly skilled expert with a deep knowledge of storage hardware & software and competitive products. You will assume overall technical responsibility for the success of solution construction, implementation and system integration in a technology, industry or business specialty mainly as a service engagement. You support and deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements. You utilize in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills to support clients.You will have deep skill and hands-on skills in the following subject matter areas: Data-Management, AI & DL techniques, Big Data Analytics, Modern Data Protection, Containerized Workloads and Red Hat OpenShift.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseWe are looking for a professional with 5 to 6 years of experience as a technical specialist for Storage solution.+ You have around 5 to 6 years of experience as a technical specialist for storage solution.+ Are Familiar with:+ Project Management techniques,+ Architectural thinking+ Are able to:+ lead technical services & project teams+ support sales specialists in consultative selling environments+ Can articulate the application of the storage portfolio to strategically important solution architectures like:+ "Flash for Hybrid MultiCloud",+ "Storage for Data and AI",+ Have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills allowing management of critical situations.+ Fluent in English and German (French, Italian: an advantage)Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Previous hands-on experience with IBM System Storage Technology: Skill Level 4Experience within Offering managementExperience of dealing with CustomerAbout Business UnitIBM has a global presence, operating in more than 175 countries with a broad-based geographic distribution of revenue.
