You will have a solid knowledge of legal issues related to product development, marketing, and technology law – including, but not limited to, cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, 5G, Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC), the Internet of Things (IoT), data privacy, open source, data security, third-party licensing, and intellectual property. Knowledge of healthcare law and FDA regulations is a plus, but is not required.

  • Conduct detailed legal review of marketing collateral and training materials in a timely manner under tight deadlines.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder inputs and issue final legal approvals for product reviews, marketing content, and trials/proofs of concepts.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise clients on commercial arrangements with strategic product partners.
  • Participate and counsel clients through all stages of the product lifecycle (design, review, approve, go-to-market, and decommissioning).
  • Stay knowledgeable of, and communicate, business-impacting regulatory changes.
  • Provide day-to-day advice and counseling to business product and marketing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal security, IT, audit, product, privacy, and other stakeholders as needed to remediate any deficiencies to support timely product launches and ongoing product compliance.

What we’re looking for...
