Work you'll do
Product Marketing Lead owns business development, pursuit management, and product marketing. The Lead is expected to manage the core pursuit team, capture process, sales funnel from qualify to win, strategic capture efforts throughout the sales lifecycle, and all opportunity and sales activities. The Lead will develop the opportunity/capture plan, define win strategies for CMS offerings, perform market analysis, identify opportunities, develop and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture, while generating price to win strategies.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
•Owner of business development, pursuit management, and product marketing
•Lead and manage core pursuit team
•Manage the capture process
•Develop the opportunity/capture plan
•Manage sales funnel from qualify to win
•Define and lead win strategies for CMS offerings
•Lead strategic capture efforts throughout the sales lifecycle
•Perform market analysis, identify opportunities, develop and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture
•Generate price to win strategies and define comparables for benchmarking
•Lead all opportunity and sales activities
•Determine and prioritize customer hot buttons and issues
•Assess competitive position
•Determine discriminators, win strategy, solution set
•Actively participate in key Decision Gates

Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future OR (2) Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- 4+ years' experience as a Product Marketing Lead and/or Manager
- Previous experience defining and leading win strategies for Cloud Managed Services (CMS)offerings
How you'll grow
- Knowledge of cloud based technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Consulting and/or client facing experience
- Understanding of the Pursuit lifecycle from shaping to proposal submission
