What you’ll be doing...

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Governance (MPG), this Consultant role is the perfect blend of strategic planning, project management, operational business management, and analytics. You will have the opportunity to lead organizational planning for the Marketing Activation and Creative (MAC) team including headcount and the associated financials.

You will apply your analytical skills by synthesizing cross-channel marketing results and preparing readouts for senior executives. This role will also assist in the development of annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly presentations and deliverables across MAC.
The Consultant will work with a Manager and Director to ensure flawless project management such as timeline development and adherence, content quality and accuracy, proofreading, and stakeholder alignment for executive presentations. The role will effectively drive change by providing strategic recommendations on how to improve processes, ways of working, and speed to market.

As part of a large team, the Consultant will partner with Finance and HR to track and report headcount for FTEs and contractors to ensure compliance. You will apply an analytical approach to optimizing the team and budget for efficiencies while maintaining the right mix of talent and seniority.

The Consultant will own the reporting of multi-channel marketing results. You will work across several teams to collect, analyze, and provide recommendations to senior leadership on how to optimize spend and priorities based on business results.

  • Assisting in planning and project management for MAC and the broader CMO team presentations and deliverables.
  • Providing creative thinking around technology trends and their effectiveness driving organizational change.
  • Assisting in the implementation and adoption of Workfront across CMO and BU.
  • Recommending process improvements across the team to drive greater efficiency and increased speed to market.
  • Leading the organizational planning and reconciliation pertaining to headcount, team structure and the associated financials.
  • Gathering cross-channel marketing results and provide analytical thinking and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Partnering with external agencies to align on key initiatives and project management.
  • Tracking all relative deliverables/deadlines while holding both CMO and BU stakeholders accountable and on track to hit dates.
  • Ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and are evaluated for ROI.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

This role may be considered as part of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in project management, program management, or marketing operations.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience in managing communications and status reporting across multiple organizational levels and teams.
  • Experience in agile ways of working and process improvements.
  • Ability to leverage technology (ad / mar tech) to drive transformation.
  • Ability to prioritizing and launching technology solutions on-time by partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong background managing (external) Agency partnerships.
  • Good attention to detail and a degree of responsiveness.
  • Experience in marketing, marketing analytics, staff / operational efficiencies, project management, and process development.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $103,000 and $191,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
