Hiring Immediately; Pay range starting between $90,800-$120,400 dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!
Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (45-50 Hrs./Wk.)

Position Requirements

Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.
  • A minimum of 2 years of equipment sales and/or remarketing experience
  • A proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategic initiatives and plans
  • A proven track record of successfully leading change management
  • A bias for action and is comfortable leading through a matrix organization with minimal oversight
  • Successfully extrapolated data trends and created action plans accordingly
  • A strong understanding of construction equipment and fleet operations
  • A level of Comfort managing the disposal of $100M+ in construction equipment
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • An understanding of P&L and management through KPIs
  • Great communication skills through all levels of the organization (front-line to Executive)
  • Possess intermediate competencies with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
