If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWorking under minimal supervision, this position works with the sales team as the Clinical Pre-Sales expert for Watson Health Imaging (WHI) solutions. Consult with the customers to understand their clinical workflow and business needs. Demonstrate WHI solutions, in a professional manner to prospective and existing customers. Diligently take written notes from product demonstrations and other customer/prospects interactions. Generate customer specific workflow analysis based on customer needs, budget, and WHI product offerings. Develop written content for product related sections of RFPs, prepare presentations, and perform workflow evaluations. Provide timely feedback to Solution Management for improvements to the WHI Solutions.**Essential Job Duties:**+ Partner with sales representatives to develop and execute an effective selling strategy for each opportunity.+ Document customer's Goals, Objective, Opportunities, Problems, Obstacles, and link back to WHI solution Unique Business Values.+ Provide workflow analysis of current state and how WHI solutions can improve upon existing state.+ Analyze the competitive landscape of each deal in order to properly position WHI's UBVs / differentiators.+ Develop proposed solutions that address prospect-specific clinical, business, and technology issues.+ Perform tailored onsite product demonstrations and presentations to clinical end users, IT staff, business analysts and executives.+ Answer technical questions about product applications and new features to prospects and to various groups within new and existing customer accounts.+ Gather ongoing prospect-customer feedback and related information and give feedback to product management.+ Assist in staging and staffing industry tradeshows.+ Travel up to 80% is required for this position.+ Pursues a program of self-development using selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.+ Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.+ Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals.+ Demonstrated self-confidence and self-reliance in conducting demonstrations, presentations and experience working in healthcare imaging business situations.+ Broad background and general knowledge of clinical, technical, administrative, and financial areas of running an effective cardiology department.+ Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare field working with cardiology applications and computer networks.+ One (1) year experience providing application-network support and explaining technology to customers and sales prospects or providing internal support to company employees.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.About Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
