As our company responds to COVID-19, the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, partners and communities is our top priority./*About the Role: *The Kinetic Business Unit, which supports both Consumer and Business product and marketing teams, has a new Go-to-Market (G2M) oversight team to ensure that all major initiatives that launch, do so on time, pass through the appropriate project approval gates, care for the wide array of cross-functional systems, process or resource requirements and finally support a multi-faceted marketing strategy. The overall G2M function strives to create alignment among the many working teams and their leadership on the items on the planning roadmap. In doing so between 4-6 Alignment calls are planned and hosted weekly. This is a new position on the G2M Team which will care for the following types of activities in support of the G2M process:*What Youll Do:* * Act as Project Manager for between 2-4 of the highest priority initiatives helping to build project timelines, tasks and deliverables to ensure a new product launches on time. Size of the projects could vary between large, with technical and/or network requirements to medium, focusing more on the marketing and channel readiness aspects only. * Support the 4-6 Weekly Alignment Calls including agenda planning, creation and updating of a short range and long-range planning roadmap and maintenance of a 1-N Project Prioritization Listing. All of these are the core of the G2M oversight role to ensure the hero tools of the G2M function are always current, accurate, and available to working teams and executives when they need. * Serve as back up for the SmartSheet Marketing Intake tool, being knowledgeable enough in the SmartSheet software and G2M Intake Process to be able to step in and support those times when the primary person performing this function is out of office. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects as assigned by Manager * Ensure that all projects plans for which they are responsible are delivered on-time. * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques * Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report/escalate to management as needed * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with working teams and executives * Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs * Stay in sync with the Marketing team on current initiatives in market that could impact business performance * Field ad-hoc requests from the Marketing teams aimed at providing insight into business performance*Do You Have? * * Willingness to be inquisitive, take initiative, and work to gain a solid understanding of the overall strategy of our business unit, continually seeking out ways to improve its results. * SalesForce (CRM) experience * Advance level skills in MS-Excel & proficiency with other MS-Office tools (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). * Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. * Solid organization and problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflow * Commitment to excellence and high standards*Even Better: * * Experience in using SmartSheet as a Project Management Tool. * Previous telecom experience * Previous experience in technical, IT, or Network teams who can bring further depth of understanding to how the technical development elements need to be folded into any new product launch.*Minimum Requirements:*College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.**Primary Location:** **US-Arkansas-Little Rock***Job Category:** **Marketing****Requisition ID:** *21001154***Other Locations:** *United States*Employment at Windstream is subject to post offer, pre-employment drug testing.
