Senior Sales Operations Coordinator

What You Will Do:
Solves general and more complex order credit inquires and escalates as needed
Interface with systems and interact with other teams to process territory adjustments and alignments
Produces periodic and adhoc sales performance management reports
Processes adhoc data from systems in support of complex analysis
Delivers training related to areas of responsibility to sales and other business partners
Follow standardized process and service levels ensuring high customer service
Understands, interprets and explains detailed process information
Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate
Maintain continual positive attitude, builds relationships and fosters teamwork and takes a lead role during adverse conditions
Participate in continuous improvement activities/projects and assist in any additional team/organizational projects as required
Flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment
Mentors team mates and participates in departmental training
What You Will Need:
High school diploma required
3+ years relevant experience required
Intermediate to advanced understanding of sales operations activities preferred
Ability to utilize systems and data bases to accomplish tasks
