What You Will Do:
Researches Order issues for multiple Sales forces across the division
Updates or corrects sales territories, customer account assignments, and sales quotas.
Runs reports for the Sales Management Team (Executive Vice President, Directors and Regional Managers) that will facilitate business decisions.
Compiles reports for monthly, quarterly and annual report information in a timely and accurate manner.
Works with cross-functionally to gather information and to ensure verification.
Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.

What You Will Need:
High School Education required. Associates degree preferred.
2+ years of sales operations experience.
Must understand operations, process and procedures and be able to represent this information in financial/statistical format.
Must be able to consistently apply GAAP to all activities and functions.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of standard accounting/financial software.
Advanced excel experience preferred.
Exceptional inter-personal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management and conflict management.
