Experience with other types power quality products preferred but not required. Product Sales and Marketing knowledge and experience, preferable within the Power and Telecommunications industries in Latin America. Demonstrated ability to technically sell electrical products and package power quality solutions in Latin American regions. Commercial and channel management experience, and prior sales management experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and resolve complex channel conflicts. Ability to communicate effectively and equally well with corporate executives, engineers and technicians. Incumbent must be a strong sales leader, enthusiastic, detail oriented, comfortable driving change. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English), superior customer service skills and ability to multi-task several projects at one time. Demonstrated leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, and strives for results. Must be highly organized and excellent project and task management skills.
