Position Summary:

This position will work with the field and corporate sales leadership as well as sales associates, to determine the appropriate reports and dashboards to monitor and improve sales results and productivity. This position will then proactively manage the development and rollout of the reports and dashboards. This position will ensure that sales reporting is a comprehensive, consistent, cohesive, targeted, and logical collection of reports and dashboards that clearly tell the story of sales performance and sales associate productivity. In addition, this position will work with field and corporate sales leadership to analyze and interpret the results and recommend appropriate actions for field and corporate sales leadership. This position will also design and manage the tracking, reporting, and payment of special programs and SPIFFs initiated throughout the year by sales leadership. Finally, this position will be responsible for defining and managing the reports and dashboards in our new sales commission system.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive reporting plan and design standardized reports, and dashboards
• Manage implementation, rollout and training of reports and dashboards
• Review and analyze reports sregularly to identify areas of concern improvement opportunities or action required by field sales leadership or corporate leadership
• Communicate and interact with field sales leadership and corporate leadership with respect to report analysis performed above and continue to refine the overall reporting plan
• Design, implement, and manage the processes required to track and pay our various special programs and SPIFFs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Finance required
• 5 years of reporting or financial analysis
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel, Access, and Tableu experience is a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• Abilitiy to seek out creative solutions
• Ability to drive process improvement
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced written and verbal communication
• Advanced organizational skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate data visualization
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
