About Us: Windstream is a leading provider of advanced network communications and technology solutions for consumers, small businesses, enterprise organizations and carrier partners across the U.S. About the Role: The partner success team is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our partners, from relationship management, on-boarding, and opportunity to cash support. This new role will serve as a key member of the broader channel operations team within Windstream Enterprise. You will report to the Director of Channel Operations with visibility to the senior leadership team in a position that will have a direct impact on revenue. This will be a highly strategic and problem-solving role that will continue to help us enrich and grow our Partner Experience program. This position will lead a team of experienced and diverse operations professionals. You will be interacting directly with indirect partners and other stakeholders across the revenue team to drive enablement and insight with the sole goal of increasing channel sales. Although you will be working remote, there is an expectation of engagement and interactions with colleagues and partners by attending functions/events as and when required. What You’ll Do: - Transform, develop, mentor, and integrate a sales support team into a leading Partner Experience team focused on growing and retaining strategic partner relationships. - Continue to build and optimize channel operating and sales processes in collaboration with channel sales leadership. - Develop processes, systems, and tools to support our channel sales teams and indirect partners. - Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives to scale growth of the Partner Experience team in partnership with Sales, Service Delivery, Care/Repair, and Access Management. - Drive monetization of our digital portal assets. - Implement enablement motions around our top strategic priorities Do You Have? - 8+ years’ experience within SaaS and/or telecommunications; or equal experience related to Customer Experience/Success - 3+ years of management experience - Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fluid Enterprise/Channel sales environment - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset - Passion for leading and developing people - Experience navigating cross-functional teams - Experience communicating directly to customers and indirect partners Even Better: - Passion for deploying and managing change - Understanding of indirect sales models and operating procedures - Experience managing a quote desk and/or customer success teams - Experience working directly within the channel partner industry - Experience working within Salesforce Our Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans - 401K Plan - Health & Flexible Savings Account - Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans - Educational Assistance Plan - Identity Theft, Legal, Auto & Home and Pet Insurance - #LI-PM1 IND123
