The Sales Manager South reports to the Marketing and Sales Director.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leadership of sales team, integrating Organon culture.
• Sales analysis and monitoring, identifying business opportunities for Organon portfolio.
• Business know-how in the different therapeutic areas, including market dynamics, competition activities and collection of relevant insights.
• Field Force Effectiveness, through KPIs coverage and target optimization
• Key customers mapping and continuous engagement.
• Strong collaboration with different functional areas engaged in strategy implementation: Marketing, Medical, Access & Policy and Finance.
• Be a champion of Organon culture and living our values.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Management, Marketing or other related (preferred).
• Residency in Lisbon.
• Previous experience of 5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry in marketing or sales positions.
• English fluency.
• Strong leadership competences.
• Analytical skills and strategic mindset.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactivity and ability to solve problems.
• Results driven.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
