The Sales Strategy & Analytics team lies at the foundation of BlueJean’s success. We are looking for a strategic, results orientedManager to join Sales Strategy & Analytics team and drive strategy, scalability and efficiency. You will help the sales organization operate more effectively and efficiently. This is a strategic role that will require thought leadership, structured approach and creativity to solve complex problems. You’ll partner closely with various levels of leadership cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution and implementation of strategic solutions.

  • Build the Sales Strategy & Analytics team to enable critical insight and operational excellence across the Go-To-Market organization. Team will consist of a mix of business & strategy analysts and data scientist(s).
  • Generate actionable insights through exploratory analysis and apply learnings.
  • Provide thought leadership in improving team’s processes (i.e. improving team productivity, mitigating errors and false assumptions).
  • Define and lead high impact analytics projects.
  • Own reporting and analysis for weekly business reviews.
  • Participate in the development of our Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to set initiative strategy and set objectives, goals and success metrics.
  • Provide strategic and tactical direction to sales leadership.

What we’re looking for...

You must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • A valid Driver’s License.

Even better if you have:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight or more years of professional experience in strategic, analytical, and/or sales role (preferably within a high-growth SaaS company).
  • Experience partnering directly with leaders.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with program/project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, fluency in modeling and strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of sales systems like Salesforce, Outreach, Periscope.
  • Willingness to roll-up the sleeves and to what it takes to get the job done.
  • Position can be located in any of Verizon's valid domestic locations.
