Responsibilities Deliver the execution of demand generation programs to generate leads from new prospects and existing customers that meet buyer profiles. Accelerate the leads through the sales and marketing funnel, ultimately meeting monthly activity and success goals. - Drive sales demand through appointment setting and pipeline development - Execution of customer success management outreach and support services to drive customer growth by delivering effective cross-sell and upsell campaigns - Delivery of responses to digital marketing to ensure websites, landing pages and owned digital channels actively promote demand generation content and campaigns - Execution of marketing to support events, product launches/changes, and demand generation campaigns - Execution of Partner/channel marketing to leverage demand generation campaigns in co-marketing activities - Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone on a daily basis - Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential lead, including need, budget, timeframe and decision-maker - Engage customers, qualify and disqualify potential customers, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios and a variety of buyers - Follow a process of ongoing outbound lead development cadence of prioritizing contacts, and contacting them through a coordinated outreach of email, phone and social media - Follow a process to coordinate with sales teams to provide an extended layer of support to drive new sales opportunities, schedule appointments in calendar, and provide follow-up, hand-off and feedback - Capture and enter all lead generation activity into Salesforce CRM, and reflect lead and stage development, forecasting and pipeline velocity as well as key market/segment intelligence - Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as directed, which may include all or many of the below:- Outbound calling efforts - Outbound email efforts - Outreach sequence engagements - Obtainment of prospect/customer engagement expectations - Obtainment of customer appointment setting expectations - Assigned contract case work as assigned - Obtainment of task velocity and completed-within-timeline expectations - Other KPI’s as assigned Skills - Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and telephone presence - Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience - High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot - The ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge required - Knowledge of and familiarity with CRM lead management tools (such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo and Oracle Eloqua) - Familiarity with the leading digital and social marketing platforms (such as Google and LinkedIn) - Familiarity with ACD platforms and/or call center environments
