Senior Professional Sales Representative
Job Description
The Opportunity:

- Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources.
- We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems to meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
What You Will Do:
- Taking care of the promotion of company products in assigned sector(s), engaging with relevant KOLs and experts, identifying and establishing new business with directions and guidance received from more senior team members and managers
- Demonstrating or presenting products to physicians and healthcare providers through face-to-face engagement or small group presentation
- Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
- Reviewing sales performance and meeting KPI; writing reports and other documents
- Applying team effectiveness skills, listening, and integrating diverse perspectives from across different managers and team members; contributing and adding value to the achievement of team goals
- Working independently and solving a range of work problems, finding solutions in compliance with the standard Organon procedures
- Applying knowledge and skills learned, and explaining information and persuades others in different work situations
- Accountable for technical contribution to a project, mentoring new sales colleague, managing/leading a small project team
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines preferred
- With 2+ years of sales experience in relevant therapeutic area preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-focused and a will to succeed
- Strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Good communication skills, willing to ask questions and check for understanding
