Sr. Sales Representative, FX- Institutional
JOB SUMMARY The Sr FX Sales Rep works within the Payments group on the Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) sales team. This position has responsibility for driving foreign exchange sales revenue through high quality client servicing, strong internal partnerships, and excellence in the sales process. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Demonstrate mastery of foreign exchange market & products (including spot, forward, swaps, options & cross currency swaps) Provide clients with value added consultative FX Risk Management and payment solutions, including FX analytics, strategy, policy, implementing balance sheet and cash flow hedging programs, hedge accounting concepts and transactional FX Direct effective onboarding, including documentation, credit lines, and platforms setups Deliver excellence in customer service and trade execution Employ a strategic approach to business development built upon a structured sales management process Maintain a quality FX pipeline in Salesforce Organize and conduct client education and entertainment events Build strong relationships and engagement with the internal stakeholders and product partners Contribute to a strong team orientated culture and live Key’s values Invest in personal continual learning and development Mentor and coach junior sales representatives Excellent comprehension of Risk Management in the overall business and industry context Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree preferred Complete NFA Associated Person Certification (already attained or ability to pass within 3 months of hire date) required CFA preferred EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years’ experience as a Corporate FX Sales representative required Experience with FX technology and trading platforms preferred TACTICAL SKILLS Strong understanding of USGAAP Salesforce and/or other Sales CRM proficiency Financial and Business Acumen Experience with Reuters and Bloomberg Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability Strong critical thinking combined with business intuition and intellectual curiosity Excellent written and oral communication This position is NOT eligible for employment visa (e.g., H-1B) sponsorship. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United Stated on a full-time basis. This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of: WA: $130,000.00-$165,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience; CA: $130,000.00-$190,000.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience and location; Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
