Pensar de forma estratégica para apoyar el desarrollo de un plan territorial de alta calidad.

Responsabilidades

Ejecutar la estrategia comercial y cumplir los objetivos definidos orientados a las cuentas claves.

Planificación y desarrollo de instituciones públicas (MINSA, ESALUD)

Pensar de forma estratégica para apoyar el desarrollo de un plan territorial de alta calidad.

Analizar regularmente los datos del negocio y las ventas para entender y actuar sobre las oportunidades/amenazas mediante acciones oportunas.

Realizar planes de cuentas, ejecutando y haciendo seguimiento alineado con la estrategia de marca, realizando mapeo de los stakeholders claves y su nivel de influencia para reconocer sus necesidades no cubiertas.

Educación, experiencia y habilidades requeridas:

Contar con estudios universitarios completos; carrera de administración, marketing, obstetricia u otros afines a la salud.

Ubicación, zona sur del Perú, Arequipa.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar en el rubro farmacéutico, de preferencia en salud femenina.

Orientación al logro de metas.

Conocimiento de Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

Manejo de cuentas claves

Contar con licencia de conducir vigente.

Educación, experiencia y habilidades deseables:

Tener experiencia en el manejo de cuentas claves como Minsa o Essalud.

Habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa.

Adaptabilidad y positivismo.

Capacidad para la toma de decisiones, planificar oportunidades y buscar elevar amenazas de forma proactiva con el equipo de cuentas y/o de ventas.

Disposición para viajar 30%.
