If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSenior Sales Representative will be responsible for direct and channel based sales of IBM services and products into a variety of Industries. Responsible for total client relationship with one or more important IBM clients or competitive prospects, including traditional large accounts, OEMs, alliance partners, business partners, distributors and end-users of IBM technology. The employee guides functional objectives or technologies.**Responsibilities**In this role you will have the ability to:* Operate in the sphere of IT Sales, transform the client needs into service offerings* Participate in active development of the new service offerings* Broaden the client network* Work successfully in a matrix environment with IBM client teams and business partners* You will be comfortable in both a technical dialogue with customers and prospects (understanding the customers IT infrastructure and the customer's technical objectives) as well as a business dialogue* Be able to manage and progress pipeline to achieve sales objectives* Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market* Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service* Perform huge number of simultaneous administrative activities (multitasking)* Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlinesAccountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams.Regularly participates in overall functional program planning.
