Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. Performs technical sales support at customer sites or on a multiple-site basis. Resolves technical product/service issues.

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and
application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

What will you do:

  • Support surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support in the
  • operation of the company’s ENT navigation system and associated equipment and instruments to ensure ideal support and precision
  • Uses knowledge and expertise to support set-up, trial and execution of the ENT navigation system, troubleshooting and providing support to both the surgeon and operating room staff as well as sales counterparts.
  • Provides complete reports and associated metrics to management, direct supervisor and the company's regulatory department detailing case reviews, services performed and recommendations for product, documentation and methodology improvements.
  • Maintains and controls local consigned equipment, instrument and disposables inventories, processes sales orders and provides forecast input to the Regional Manager
  • Supports company road-show demonstrations and 'Showsite' visits to provide potential customers with opportunity to see product in use and appreciation of clinical value.
  • Trains physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, radiology and central sterile processing on the use of the Stryker ENT navigation system, accessories and disposables.
  • Provides prompt and accurate complaint reports per the requirements of the Stryker ENT navigation system and accessories.
  • Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious manner
  • Provides case coverage as needed

What you need:

  • Qualifications and experience required4-year degree required1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably with a surgical device company
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment required Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of
  • force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Travel:

  • Daily travel throughout work week with limited overnight stays.
  • Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs
