What will you do:

  • Support surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support in the operation of the company’s ENT navigation system and associated equipment and instruments to ensure ideal support and precision
  • Uses knowledge and expertise to support set-up, trial, and execution of the ENT navigation system, troubleshooting, and providing support to both the surgeon and operating room staff and sales counterparts.
  • Provides complete reports and associated metrics to management, direct supervisor, and the company's regulatory department detailing case reviews, services performed, and recommendations for product, documentation, and methodology improvements
  • Maintains and controls local consigned equipment, instrument, and disposables inventories, processes sales orders, and provides forecast input to the Regional Manager
  • Supports company road-show demonstrations and 'Show site' visits to allow potential customers to see the product in use and appreciate clinical value.
  • Trains physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, radiology, and central sterile processing, using the Stryker ENT navigation system, accessories, and disposables.
  • Provides prompt and accurate complaint reports per the Stryker ENT navigation system and accessories requirements.
  • Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious manner
  • Provides case coverage as needed

What you need:

  • Qualifications and experience required
    • 4-year degree required
    • one year of relevant work experience preferred
    • Proven track record in sales and/or marketing, preferably with a surgical device company
    • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment required
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up-to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Travel:

  • Daily travel throughout the work week with some overnight stays.
  • Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs
