Primary functionThe successful candidate will be working within the Sales Support team and will be empowered to deliver a first-class customer experience. This customer-facing role is highly process driven, fast paced, requiring the candidate to be a good team player, with a technical background, problem solver, motivated in exceeding customer expectations and a passionate learner.Duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:+ Process orders, relevant forms, applications and requests+ Addresses customer enquiries+ Order book management and production verification+ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, comments of complaints and action taken+ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource+ Involvement with ad-hoc projects+ Daily/weekly conference calls with customers and colleagues+ Preparing shipping and customs (Certificate of Origin etc.) in compliance with legal obligations; ensuring that paperwork for shipments is complete and correct prior to dispatch, filing paperwork and maintaining records in readiness for Government audits. QualificationsEssential Requirements:+ Passion for customer excellence+ Strong ethical values+ Advanced communication and interpersonal skills+ Technical background, experience within the Fire Industry would be an advantage (or similar e.g Secruity systems/Electrical)+ Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines+ Excellent coordinating skills / ability to multi-task+ Ability to gain high standard of product and Fire Systems knowledge through training+ Accuracy and attention to detail+ Numerate/analytical+ Confidence in navigating websites & directing customers to seek supporting data+ Experience and knowledge of SAP would be an advantageWe make what matters work.
