Work you'll do

  • Support and enhancement/configuration changes of Salesforce
  • Coordinate with the client for Enhancements, Optimization as well as application fixes, Business workflow redesign.
  • Work as a liaison between the client and offshore team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' experience in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud
  • Experience collaborating effectively with team members and partners in a distributed project environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audience
  • Travel up to 10% annually
