They will perform the following:+ Maintain and build Cloud/application pipeline for GBS RTM+ Keep track of portfolio gaps and GBS/client feedback+ Work closely with DAS and XFR leadership to align capabilities with GBS specific offeringsAs the Cloud & Application Security BDE for Cloud, you will perform the following:+ Lead cloud security sales focusing on Red Hat Openshift Container-based Cloud Platform (OCP) as a backbone architecture+ Participate in GBS campaigns for cloud (CVT and Mystic)+ Champion sales for cross market/vertical cloud for the Americas Geo+ Cloud Practitioner Certified for Azure, AWS, GCP, and IBM+ Align with competency owners to represent current offerings+ Provide feedback for new capabilities and work with market BDEs to drive enablement for Cloud Security capabilities across GBS and SBUOther responsibilities include:+ Leading OCP and multi-cloud security sales and go-to-market+ Growing and winning cloud security deals+ Manage and advance OCP security go-to-market strategy and plan+ Establish marketing plan and client engagements focusing on high yield industries+ Support deal win strategy to drive complete security solutions integration into cloud deals.+ Lead cloud security services sales in collaboration with IBM entities including GBS, Security Business unit and Red Hat and other cloud vendors (ex. AWS, Google, Azure, etc.)+ Bringing cloud security capabilities and offerings to the opportunities, meet with clients for direct conversations around security offerings, and provide input to specific opportunities+ Support incorporation of security into the overall architecture+ Work with GBS Partners/Associate Partners to identify new and add on opportunities to include security in cloud opportunitiesThis individual should be passionate about major SW such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, HybridCloud architecture, Cloud security, Edge computing, IoT and advanced technologies i.e. Blockchain, AI, automation, intelligent workflows.Additional industry experience required:+ Proven experience working and supporting key industries to adopt OCP and secure cloud migration+ In-depth knowledge with industries such as Healthcare, Industrial, Finance, Retail, Government, Energy and Utilities+ Can translate industry/client's needs into solution and operation design that is built upon IBM technology and best of the breeds vendor capabilities.This person will report to the GBS Security Strategy & Growth (SSG) team. They will work with various IBM entities including GBS, IBM Security Business Unit, Red Hat and across functional teams such as the Geo Route to Market (RTM) leads, GBS Geo Partner/Associate Partners and training, marketing and communication leads. They will also interact with IBM CSPs and other independent vendors.#GBSSSGRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ At least 5 years of experience in a business development role+ At least 5 years of experience working projects related to one of the following: Governance Risk & Compliance, Identity & Access Management, Data Security or Security Operations Center+ At least 10 years of experience in proven cybersecurity knowledge and sales experience in multiple cloud platforms including the use of Red Hat Open Shift technologies, large-scale virtualization, mainframe, and technologies used across multiple cloud domains+ At least 10 years of experience in selling value-added services for multiple cloud service platforms including IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and for CSPs, enabling successful migration to multi-cloud+ At least 5 years of hands on experience in driving security compliance and quality at the enterprise level+ Bring technical security knowledge and ability to collaborate and incorporate into GBS opportunities that are applicable to the Red Hat Open Shift PlatformPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) and one other business management or technical credential (PMP, Red Hat, AWS, Google, etc.)+ At least 8 years of cloud architecture design experience, system engineering, security audit, team management.+ At least 8 years of experience in a business development role as well as projects related to security core domains+ At least 8 years of experience in Cloud security architecture solutions and cloud security applications.noneAbout Business UnitIBM GBS SS&G gives you the opportunity to bring expertise and knowledge to expand white space and create net new business leveraging IBM assets such as GBS, Red Hat, and IBM cloud offerings.
