Specifically, you will:+ Lead the creation of a new conversational AI platform infused with RPA+ You will focus on platform architecture, APIs, data stores and user experiences+ Lead the team on security & compliance including of data privacy, data security, internal and 3rd party compliance+ You must care about customer outcomes, understand customer pain points and lead solution design to address these challenges+ As a DevOps advocate, you will participate in on-call rotation and mentor team members.+ Educate yourself on and advocate for development best practices across team members and stakeholders+ Actively participate in code and design reviews+ Work closely with teammates to complete features+ Leverage modern tools and techniques to develop clean, efficient and reusable code+ Work within an agile team with a team-first culture and fail-fast motto+ Review and estimate requirements while working with your team to plan agile sprints related to application and process development roadmapsQualifications, you have:+ Architected and implemented conversational AI (i.e., chatbots, intelligent chat, virtual assistants), natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and the leading platforms for developing conversational AI solutions.
