Kinetic is seeking an experienced sales leader to fill the Assistant Sales Manager role in an energetic, fun, and fast paced environment. The assistant manager ensures operational excellence by performing some managerial tasks; leading, coaching, training, and motivating retail personnel to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives as well as training new team members. Creativity is desired to plan and drive performance at sales and branding events. You will act as a liaison between sales specialists, market managers, senior management, and clients by overseeing day to day activities, deliverables, promotions, and field execution. Strong understanding of P/L, KPIs, ROIs. Strong understanding of the tech space and competitive landscape. You will build lasting relationships across internal teams as well as across the community to promote Kinetic awareness as a brand ambassador while engaging in our competitive commission-based environment. Desired Qualifications: • Self-starter • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive productivity and foster an environment that facilitates excellence in sales and customer service. • Highly developed communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal and the ability to present in front of an audience • The ability to analyze sales trends, marketing needs, and operational productivity to best coordinate with other departments • Outstanding time management and organizational skills and multi-tasking ability • Ability to embrace flexible work hours and changing job demands. • Must be able to travel to multiple locations within Sales Managers area of responsibility. Out of state travel may be required. • Capable of understanding complex systems • Ability to coach others successfully • Selected candidate will be expected to interview for any future Retail Store Manager positions • Bilingual a plus Minimum Requirements: College degree and 2-4 years job related experience (outside, direct or retail sales experience); or 6+ years equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related experience required.
