Sr. Research Associate, High Dimensional Flow Cytometry

At present, Navigate supports 100+ clinical trials from 30+ pharma, biotech, and diagnostic companies, including 8 of the top 15 oncology companies globally.<br> <br>As a Sr. Research Associate in the Flow Cytometry Core group, you will contribute to the operations and management of various state-of-the-art flow cytometers. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, initiative and exhibit moderate to high level of independence. <br><br>Your key responsibilities:<br>Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br>• Works in a GMP/GCP/GLP/CLIA regulated environment and is responsible for following all applicable regulations<br>• Perform day-to-day instrument calibrations on flow cytometers and other general instrument QC and maintenance per work instructions, SOPs or experimental design<br>• Assist and support laboratory scientists with instrument issues and operational procedures<br>• Responsible for reagent orders, preparation of buffers and antibody cocktails <br>• Work directly with external vendors to resolve reagent issues and service engineers to troubleshoot instruments <br>• May contribute to the writing of work instructions, SOPs or experimental design<br><br>The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $54,300 and $81,500 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
