Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization we are transforming to better power decision-making across our end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent for the role of Senior Specialist for Global Market Research and Analytics (Oncology).

The Senior Specialist for Global Market Research and Analytics (Oncology) will be accountable to deliver actionable insights across Global and U.S. Oncology products current and future indications. This role includes execution, analysis and synthesis of both Primary Market Research and Secondary Data. You will be expected to be a Strategic Partner, under the guidance of the Director, engaging proactively with Brand teams to address key business questions.

Primary Assignments:

  • Frame Key Business Questions to inform Brand Strategy and Tactical Execution.

  • Under guidance from the Director, direct conversations with Brand teams (US and Global) to achieve alignment and to ensure business decisions are grounded in strong insights.

  • Design market research plans with appropriate rigor/methodologies that will meet the immediate and long-term needs of the business

  • Develop analytics plans to answer Key Business Questions and partner with the analytics teams to deliver sound robust analysis.

  • Collectively with the Director, synthesize crisp, clear action-oriented insights from a wide range of sources that integrate both primary market research and secondary data to guide business decisions.

  • Inform Forecast assumptions based on customer insights and Analysis of secondary data and syndicated reports.

  • Maintain visibility of the enterprise into Market Research and Analytics activities across stakeholder groups (physician, patient, payer, diagnostics).

  • Partner with Insights & Analytics counterparts across the US & Global to provide holistic solutions to the Business.

  • Proactively monitor business against Key Performance Indicators, leveraging secondary data and primary market research to identify opportunities, threats, and opportunities.

  • Conduct all activities in full compliance with our company's policies, values, and standards.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Post-graduate degree preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • At least 1-2 years of industry knowledge in US pharma Marketing/ Market Research using both primary and secondary data sets

  • Strong collaborator who can build effective relationships with significant number of stakeholders across multiple organizations and geographies

  • Strong speaker in delivering Insights based on data; able to build a story as well as endorse the recommendations provided to commercial stakeholders

  • Demonstrate curiosity and ability to leverage insights from cross-functional teams (Field, Medical, Market Access, Competitive Intelligence)

  • Knowledge in working with quantitative and qualitative tools to aid in Market Research as well as ability to think strategically and objectively

  • Able to achieve results while dealing with ambiguity and rapid pace of change

  • Innovative, “Out of the Box” thinker

  • Exhibit characteristics of a continuous improvement mindset in the areas of efficiency, speed, and business impact

Preferred Industry Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Oncology is a significant advantage, especially in Lung/RCC/CRC tumors as well as Early-Stage Commercialization products

Expected salary range:

$107,600.00 - $169,400.00
